How to Request a Refund
1. Go to https://h5.cfun.ai/guide
2. Enter phone, email, or transaction ID
3. Or upload wallet screenshot
4. Select the order
5. Submit refund request
Refund Time
Most refunds complete within 24 hours depending on GCash or wallet processing.
GCash / Maya refund
If you paid with GCash or Maya, submit the refund through the portal and attach your wallet payment screenshot.
Accidental Subscription?
You can still request a refund if the subscription was accidental.
