CFun.ai Terms of Service — India
- Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms are between you and CFUNAI CO., LIMITED, at UNIT 11, 9/F, THE CLOUD, NO.111 TUNG CHAU STREET, TAI KOK TSUI, HONG KONG.
1. Agreement and consumer protection
These Terms govern the CFun.ai (First-party page) short-drama Service, CFun.ai Premium, and related benefits. The offer screen and receipt provide transaction-specific terms. Nothing here waives a right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or another mandatory Indian law.
2. Eligibility and account
You must have legal capacity to contract. Persons under 18 may use the Service only through or with a lawful guardian to the extent permitted. Provide accurate account information, keep verification codes secure, and report unauthorised use. We will not impose a payment merely because a user browsed or started registration.
3. Service description
CFun.ai offers discovery and streaming of a changing catalogue of short dramas, account tools, Premium access, and benefits displayed for an offer. Availability varies by licence, territory, language, device, and time. A third-party gift card or benefit may have separately disclosed issuer and redemption terms.
4. Orders, prices, and recurring payments
4.1 Clear pre-purchase information
Before confirmation, we will show the provider identity and contact channel; content or membership description; total price and applicable charges; trial terms; renewal amount and frequency; payment method; cancellation route; refund terms; and material benefit conditions. The details displayed and accepted at confirmation form part of the transaction.
4.2 Express consent
No recurring charge is authorised without a clear affirmative action after disclosure. We do not use a pre-ticked box, basket sneaking, drip pricing, forced action, confirm shaming, or a subscription trap. A transaction acknowledgment will be provided electronically.
4.3 Renewal and cancellation
Unless cancelled, a recurring subscription renews according to the terms shown at confirmation. Any notice or renewed consent required by law will be provided. Cancel future renewal through the online cancellation page (H5 service page; Indian English en-IN interface) or an equally accessible account route.
5. Payment and benefits
You authorise the selected provider to process the disclosed charge. We may verify payment status and prevent fraud but normally do not receive full wallet or card credentials. A benefit becomes available only when the displayed qualifying conditions are satisfied. Fraud, reversal of the qualifying payment, or refund may suspend an unredeemed associated benefit, subject to law.
6. Acceptable use and licence
We grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream authorised content for private use while access is valid. Do not copy, resell, publicly perform, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security or territorial controls, manipulate rewards, impersonate another person, interfere with the Service, or use it unlawfully. Statutory fair dealing and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual property and complaints
The Service, branding, software, and content are owned by us or licensors. A rights complaint should identify the work, the challenged material, the complainant's authority, and contact details and be sent to cs@cfun.ai (Email).
8. Suspension, changes, and termination
We may take proportionate action against fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material breach and will provide reasons and an opportunity to contest where appropriate. For a material adverse change to a prepaid service, we will give notice and a remedy required by law. You may stop use, cancel renewal, or request account closure at any time.
9. Quality, liability, and force majeure
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and as described. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability and remedies that Indian law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted, we are not responsible for failure caused by a user's device or connection, an independent payment provider, or an event beyond reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to restore service.
10. Grievances and disputes
Contact the designated Grievance Team at cs@cfun.ai (Email). Include the account or order identifier and issue, but never a password or full payment credential. We will acknowledge a consumer grievance within forty-eight hours and redress it within one month or any shorter mandatory period. You retain the right to approach the National Consumer Helpline, a Consumer Commission, the Central Consumer Protection Authority, or another competent authority.
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law except that mandatory Indian consumer and data-protection law applies to users in India. Courts and consumer fora with jurisdiction under Indian law remain available.
11. General provisions
An invalid provision is limited rather than used to invalidate the whole agreement. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may transfer this agreement in a genuine corporate transaction only with continuity of user rights and required notice. You may not transfer an account without consent.
