How to Request a Refund

2. Enter your phone, email, or transaction ID
3. Or upload your wallet payment screenshot
4. Select your order
5. Submit your refund request
Refund Processing Time
Most refunds are processed within 24 hours, depending on the wallet provider (GCash, DANA, TrueMoney, TnG, KakaoPay, etc.).
KakaoPay / NaverPay refunds (Korea)
If your payment was made via KakaoPay or NaverPay, submit the refund through the portal and include a payment screenshot for faster review.
Subscribed by Mistake?
If you subscribed accidentally, you can still request a refund via the portal.
